a little more...
As a kid, when someone asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” my answer was always the same:
“Happy.”

Not rich, not important—just happy. I wasn’t chasing titles or trying to squeeze into someone else’s version of success. I imagined a life filled with joy, laughter, unconditional love, a full kitchen, and a table where there was always room for one more.

Even in college interviews when they hit me with, “Where do you see yourself in five years?”—I’d say it again:
“Happy.”
It sounded simple, but now I know that happiness—real, soul-deep happiness—is one of the bravest things we can aim for.
Fast forward to today: I’m a sober millennial mom, Amazon enthusiast, and recipe-obsessed happiness coach. I’ve traded wild nights and wine hangovers for early mornings, heavy lifting, toddler giggles, and Googling “what’s for dinner” more often than I’d like to admit.

And yes—I’m almost a year sober.
Sobriety saved my life and gave me back everything I was looking for: clarity, connection, and the capacity to actually enjoy the little things. Like slow mornings, soft breezes, and homemade banana bread that doesn’t come from a box.

That deep desire to build a joyful life?
It’s stronger than ever—and it’s now my life’s work.

I’m a Certified Happiness Coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner with training in CBT, NLP, EFT, somatic work, and advanced mindset practices. But more importantly? I’m a mom who gets it. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning in to-dos, running on fumes, and wondering if the best parts of you are still in there somewhere.

That’s why I created this space:
To help you create a life that feels like yours again.

Whether you’re in recovery, in the trenches of motherhood, or just ready for a reset—you’ll find tools here that actually work, recipes that don’t require 27 ingredients, and stories that remind you you’re not alone.

So grab that lukewarm coffee (I see you), pull up a chair, and let’s build something beautiful from the messy middle. Together.
